An unidentified female doctor in World War II was one of the previous hosts or reincarnated body of the witch Mycale, who uses the alias Doctor Mycale. Before Akatsuki Zero's first body died, he and Adler killed Mycale's World War II host after the former Akatsuki secretly betraying the current Akatsuki into his presumed death in Antarctic. Adler's assassination on Mycale was also on purpose, but for unknown motives in contrast to Murakumo's, causing Mycale to despise his hidden agenda as well.
