Dawei Ye Lue, or Wei Ye Lue is a recurring anti-hero of the series, debuting in Akatsuki Blitzkampf. He is an assassin working for Black Hand, who initially working for Yin Hu until their fellow member, Marilyn murders their boss, led Wei to discover who their boss was.
Appearance[]
Wei is a muscular tanned man with beard and longer hair-downed mohawk. He wears a jeans belt (with metallic silver buckle), black gloves and pants, sleeveless crimson trench-coat, and black shoes (with front metallic silver part) and an earring. He never wears inner shirt.
Personality[]
Wei is a very vengeful man with a code of honor. He is blind by vengeance into attacking someone like Marilyn might end up led him to discover the truth about the late-Yin Hu. Once he found out Yin Hu was one of Murakumo's clones and deceiving each opposing sides like G.S.O.D. and Black Hand (Wei included), Wei is in control of his vengeance and aiming it to kill Murakumo and his remaining clones for greater good, putting aside his blind ill-relations with Marilyn.

Past (Rise of Power at Black Hand)[]
A Xinyi Quan master and Black Hand's top assassin, once a bouncer. Wei had been the mafia's best and strongest fighter in Shanghai continent. With that ability as a professional assassin, Black Hand becomes known worldwide, and Wei is one of it's top candidates to lead the mafia for years up to 266X AD-IJ/200X AD-GR, another one being Marilyn Sue.
Akatsuki Blitzkampf (Ausf. Achse)[]
When the mafia boss Yin Hu was killed out of nowhere by Marilyn, an internal conflict broke out in the mafia organization over the election of a new major family member, Wei would struggle to find the culprit to get revenge on her.
Ending Description: Wei encounters the Gesellschaft's leader Murakumo, who then reveals to him that Yin Hu was the the latter's clone and one of his body doubles for his future resurrection. Feeling deceived by someone he was once trusted, realizing that Marilyn indirectly led him to the truth, Wei has the list and obliterate every clones that infiltrated the organization and the political world before he disappeared. It was rumored that he was eliminated in retaliation, or so everyone believe.
EN-Eins Perfektewelt (Anastasis)[]
Wei is revealed to have faked his death by hiding at the remote mountains. Ever since he abandoned Black Hand out of anger of being deceived by Murakumo, who happens to be the original Yin Hu, Wei had since been training to prepare his vengeful quest, in addition of having the lists he found and kept at Gesellschaft base detailing the identity of the many Murakumo Clones throughout the world. Years later when the New Orders of Knights Templar obtains all Gesellschaft's assets and wage war against humanity into chaos, Wei believe that Murakumo will be there as well, and rush no time to put an end of his schemes as well.

Trivia[]
- Wei, Akatsuki and Murakumo all share the same voice actor in Japanese, Shinobu Matsumoto.
- He is one of the two characters to retain their original costume colors in all appearances, the other one being Akatsuki.
- Unlike Akatsuki, Fritz and Elektrosoldat, Wei's ending has its colors into fully blue in Ausf. Achse update, possibly because the ending is at a nighttime.
